SPINACH ARTICHOKE STROMBOLI (V)
fresh semolina and herb dough stuffed with organic baby spinach, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and four cheeses
LOBSTER BISQUE (GF)
fresh lobster tail slow simmered in a rich vegetable broth with winter vegetables, blended and finished with herb infused olive oil
SMOKED SALMON CAESAR SALAD
Organic romaine lettuce, cold smoked local salmon, shaved parmesan, focaccia croutons
WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO (GF)
locally foraged wild mushrooms sauteed with garlic and herbs, served over slow simmered risotto in vegetable broth with parmigiano reggiano.
SHRIMP SCAMPI
Jumbo shrimp braised in garlic butter and herbs, finished with roasted lemons and a white wine sauce, served with toasted garlic bread.
PRIME RIB (GF)
Herb and garlic crusted slow roasted prime rib served with yukon gold mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
BAKLAVA CHEESECAKE
A crisp baklava crust with a cheesecake filling infused with almond and rosewater, topped with crushed baklava and our signature sweet glaze.
